A Sicilian chef with a passion for foreign languages and cultures, she has managed to combine intercultural enjoyment with the roots of her homeland. Her cooking has been greatly influenced by her grandmother's old recipe book, which has now been published in the book "The Kitchen of Grandma Nicola".
