THE GOLD OF THE BEES

It is produced by bees from eucalyptus flowers. It is specifically recognised for its antibacterial, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
It has an intense aroma, a strong, caramelised flavour that is not too sweet (if anything, it has a slightly salty aftertaste) and a fairly thick consistency.
Our honey is artisanal: it is not treated or chemically altered, nor is it mixed with other honeys. The bees are the only ones responsible for the recipe!
Beneficial natural properties

Naturally rich in minerals, antioxidants and vitamins (such as B12). It has antibacterial and purifying properties, is a valuable source of energy and is useful in treating flu symptoms.
