It is produced by bees from different varieties of flowers, without any one flower predominating over another. This mixture preserves the diverse properties (it is considered the most nutritionally complete honey) and aromatic richness of the honey.
The flavour is sweet and the aroma intense.
Our honey is artisanal: untreated, unaltered chemically and unblended. Only bees are responsible for the recipe!
