THE PINK PEARL OF THE TREES

A sweeter and less bitter variety than the more common yellow grapefruit, which is a cross between grapefruit and orange.
Thin skin; pink flesh, tart, bitter, sweet, with few seeds, juicy and suitable for both juicing and eating fresh.
The skin is edible as it is not treated with synthetic waxes, pesticides or preservatives.
Beneficial natural properties

Rich in citric acid, vitamins (including C), minerals, antioxidants, flavonoids, folic acid and fibre.
It has good draining properties thanks to its high water content, as well as anti-inflammatory and purifying properties.
It aids digestion.
